I found Dr. Berg’s YouTube channel fairly recently and am so impressed (he’s doing everything Chris and I do plus more that I want to incorporate!) that I have to encourage everyone to have a look. I have had such incredible success with Intermittent Fasting (IF) and Keto / Paleo that I must recommend this combo if it suits your body/blood type. I’ll let Dr Berg explain this approach on his channel. He also has tips and myth-busters like why needing to drink 8 glasses of water is a big, fat lie!
