Join us each Sunday at 2 PM for reflection, prayer, and meditation at the CTMU Radio channel on Youtube. Our extended meditation podcast includes soothing tones and subliminal affirmations. Most people find it effective to take time each day to meditate and select at least one day each week for more extended meditation and reflection.
