Join us each Sunday at 2 PM for reflection, prayer, and meditation at the CTMU Radio channel on Youtube. Our extended meditations include soothing tones and subliminal affirmations. A link to a playlist of audible core affirmations and other teleologic living resources can be found at the end of this post. You do not have to be a member of our YT channel to join the meditation circle. Most people find it effective to take time each day to meditate and select at least one day each week for more extended meditation and reflection.
