[Members] Sunday Meditation Meeting of the Minds
CTMU Teleologic Living Plan - Join us at 2 PM each Sunday at CTMU Radio
We continue to reflect on the levels of stratified self and build on the cleansing and clearing work we have already started through detox [Level 1]. We continue to work to achieve situational stability and sustainable peace of mind [Level 2] and improve and strengthen Core Relationships [Level 3]. This month we focus on our extended circle of community, school, and work [Level 4].
If you are just starting CTMU Teleologic Living basics, it’s easy to catch up by looking back through the archive. We can work on different aspects of teleologic living at the same time. In fact, that is what we do every day! Don’t be frustrated if you are not immediately able to solve all issues at every level. Teleologic living is a process of alignment and as long as we keep moving closer to our teleologic goals, we will achieve success!
Meditation is an excellent way to relax, reduce stress and improve your overall mental health. It also improves your productivity and helps you feel more centered in both your professional and personal lives. So it’s no wonder that seasoned meditators often share their practice with friends at work and school.
When you’re introducing a new habit, such as meditation, it’s easy to fall into old patterns and lose sight of your goal. That’s why it’s so important to remind yourself to meditate frequently. This may be as simple as placing a reminder on your phone or using sticky notes to keep you focused.
Take time to meditate at work with friends
Taking a few minutes to meditate with your friends or coworkers can be a powerful way to encourage them to start their own meditation practice. It’s a great opportunity to share your practice and experience with them, and it can also be a rewarding experience for you. Many places of work support prayer and meditation circles to start the day or revitalize during a break.
The key is to find a quiet space in which you can sit alone for at least five or 10 minutes. Make sure the space isn’t too noisy or cluttered, so you can focus on your breathing. Meditation is not always a smooth experience, and it’s natural to have distracting thoughts and feelings from time to time. But if you keep a loving attitude, you can easily come back to your breath and your focus as you practice this essential lifelong skill.
Whether you’re working with your spouse, friends, or fellow human beings at work or school, meditation can be an effective tool for improving communication and building relationships. This is because you can be more present and engaged in your relationships with others, which is a key component of communication. Just make sure that a prayer or meditation circle is allowed in your place of employment and if not, talk to your boss. S/he might be more receptive than you think.
Sharing meditation with your friends can be a powerful way to build trust and mutual support in your relationship. It can also be a good way to encourage them to start their own meditation journey and learn more about themselves through the practice. The world would be a better place if everyone could just chill, take a few deep breaths, and smell a few flowers along the way!
When you’re trying to get your loved ones or coworkers to meditate, be sure to keep your motives as genuine as possible. This means being genuinely interested in their own life and the effects meditation has had on their own life.
Editor’s note: Each mix contains select frequencies, subliminal affirmations, relaxing|energetic music, calming tones, and/or nature sounds selected and mixed to enhance well-being in a variety of ways (see the video description box for the details regarding the elements of each recording).
These recordings are an integral part of the teleologic living course and we are developing 10 extended recordings as part of the 10-week course. The mixes we premiere each Sunday will be used to create these extended recordings. We are sharing these with our subscribers weekly until we are able to complete and publish the full course. The latest mix can be found each Sunday afternoon at this link on CTMU Radio.

Outline of the Teleologic Living Plan and Other Resources
Had a wonderfully vivid dream, something that I have not experienced in a while. All I remember it was if though I was asking Christopher Langan a question. A photo of Langan smiling surrounded by blackness around him appeared. Almost as if though I was watching a stream of his computer desktop, he pulled up youtube, pulled out a meditation frequency playlist, and an overwhelming feeling of serenity and euphoria come over me at once. I drifted into the paradise that the screen was showing. I was listening to this frequency playlist overnight https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ityB_OWzUQ&t=18s , I realize it was uploaded the same date I went to go give blood on this year.
I feel as though these frequency playlists seriously help me feel better throughout the night, especially if I'm having "them night terrors every night, 5 AM, cold sweats, waking up, to the sky" - Kid Cudi's Pursuit Of Happiness. Thank you for your dedication.
