Dear Chris and Dr. Gina I struggle with keeping up with the teleological living framework. I can't tell if it's simplely because I don't read it enough or if I should simply participate in the community more frequently inorder to fully understand/ comprehend it. Do you have any recommendations? Or perhaps recommend watching any particular method to get started and stay consistent? Maybe read a portion every day etc? 🤔
