While working on level two, we build on the cleansing and clearing work we have already started through detox. The goal for this month is to find and achieve situational stability and a sustainable peace of mind that can be relied upon in times of stress. The focus for this month will be bodily integrity, autonomy, balance, safety, comfort, and sustainability. Your body is your temple; keep it sound and safe!
On this week’s schedule
There are two meditations on this week’s schedule. The first is a 5-minute audible recitation of the CTMU Core Affirmations, a series of 27 affirmations based on the CTMU Teleologic Living Plan, and the second is an extended recording featuring solfeggio frequencies and subliminal affirmations.

These recordings are an integral part of the teleologic living course and we are developing 10 extended recordings as part of the 10-week course. The mixes that we are premiering each Sunday will be used to create these extended recordings.
