Creative Focus and Stress Reduction

Although generally considered a happy time of year, the holiday season can bring stress into our daily lives. This combination of frequencies is particularly effective in increasing relaxed focus and facilitating overall stress reduction. making this a great listen whether you are meditating or studying, or just want to unwind.

Alpha Brain Waves are brain waves within the frequency range of 8 Hz to 12 Hz and are associated with states of peace and relaxation. Binaural beats are a form of brainwave entrainment. Alpha Brain Waves can help you stay relaxed and stress-free. They have been documented to improve learning, memory, and social interaction. They also have been known to aid in quelling anxiety and insomnia in some individuals. Another reported benefit from Alpha brain wave entrainment is to boost the immune system. It's best to listen to binaural beats with a good set of headphones to fully entrain your brain waves. If you don't have a headset, you can still enjoy the relaxing music and benefit from the subliminal messaging

Each mix contains select frequencies, subliminal affirmations, relaxing|energetic music, calming tones, and/or nature sounds selected and mixed to enhance well-being in a variety of ways (see the video description box for the details regarding the elements of each recording).

These recordings are an integral part of the teleologic living course and we are developing 10 extended recordings as part of the 10-week course.
