Too often, we do not adequately nourish the creative aspects of our persona. Use this recording in meditation and reflection on creative processes. Grab a pencil and paper (or other creative tools). Have you ever tried automatic drawing or writing? Start by meditating to open your mind. When you enter the creative process, try not to get bogged down with thought! Write a poem; draw a picture; write a letter to your future self; compose a song; whatever springs to mind …
This subliminal loop consists of Chris Langan reading the Core Affirmations, a list of grounding affirmations that correspond to the levels of the CTMU Teleologic Living program. Also included are energy frequencies and affirmations for physical and mental health and well-being. The frequencies featured in this mix include 4 Hz Theta Binaural Waves for Creative Focus and Inner Peace. Also included are frequencies and affirmations for stress reduction, creativity, and motivation.
Each mix contains select frequencies, subliminal affirmations, relaxing|energetic music, calming tones, and/or nature sounds selected and mixed to enhance well-being in a variety of ways (see the video description box for the details regarding the elements of each recording).
These recordings are an integral part of the teleologic living course and we are developing 10 extended recordings as part of the 10-week course. The mixes that we are premiering each Sunday will be used to create these extended recordings. We are sharing these with our subscribers weekly until we are able to complete and publish the full course. The latest mix can be found each Sunday afternoon at this link on CTMU Radio.

Outline of the Teleologic Living Plan and Other Resources
Thank you, these are great suggestions. I used to practice these things regularly when it was just me living alone, I have to find a way to get back there.
Hey guy's, just wanted to give some thanks for this piece of music. I have listened to at least several pieces you've uploaded and this one is my favorite so far. I actually love this type of music and have listened to it for many years now. It's like a medicine for me since I do feel better, calmer and a lot of anxiety disepiers (sorry if my english is bad🙂).
This is my favorite and most important piece I listen to every now and then. I put it on repeat on Spotify, sometimes for several hours even. Give it a chance and listen to it. Here is a link to it on YouTube.
