The Individual In The Environment
Level 2: Rate your daily space for peace, comfort and security.
Considering all levels of stratified identity in the CTMU Teleologic Living Plan, it becomes clear that the first three are the most important to stabilize before proceeding to higher levels of actualization. In fact, any (all) levels can be worked on concurrently, but it is imperative to address detox and cleansing immediately. Level one can be challenging, particularly as toxins are expelled from the body. It may take a few days or weeks to fully feel the benefits of a detox or cleanse, but next time will be easier if you are primarily drinking good water and eating clean, organic, unprocessed, or naturally processed foods.
The next thing to evaluate is the immediate environment where you spend most of your time. Ideally, we spend most of our time at home in a comfortable and safe environment. Because we typically sleep at home, this is not hard to do, but many situations can make this seem impossible. We’ll discuss setting appropriate boundaries to reclaim time in future articles and focus on “comfortable and safe” for now.
