Traditional detoxification methods don't seem to be helping unfortunately. Enhancing autophagy may be the only effective means I am hearing. It's hard to help heal this while cells perpetually make spike proteins due to reverse transcriptase changing the DNA and turning all the cells into spike factories. Dr. Judy Mikovits suggested taking DMG (dimethyl glycine) to give the cells what they need to help turn off that spike creation. I would imagine that before those spike factories are turned off, all the cleansing in the world is likely to do little good as the spike proteins are the toxic, disease-causing component of covid-19 itself. At least that's my current understanding.
I just started IF myself. I appreciate the recommendation/encouragement. I am using the "Fasting Tracker" app by Leap Fitness Group to help me stay on track with 18-6 fasting. I don't know if 18 hours is long enough to activate autophagy (probably not), but it has many other health benefits regardless. Feel free to share what you've noticed since you started doing IF.

Autophagy is dramatically increased during prolonged fasting.
I highly recommend it. There are many good videos and books on the benefits.
Basically, the body goes into "scavenge for proteins" mode and tears down inappropriate structures.
I've been doing IF, with occasional slightly longer fasts, for 2.5 years. I can't recommend it enough.
