This Sunday meditation starts with a 15 minute recording of Chris Langan reading the CTMU Core Affirmations with an overlay of soothing music featuring solfeggio frequency 432. The core affirmations follow the 9 levels of the CTMU Teleologic Living Plan. They reflect the core values that all individuals should be striving to emulate on each level of stratified identity in CTMU cosmology.

While working on level two, we build on the cleansing and clearing work we have already started through detox [Level 1]. The goal for this month is to find and achieve situational stability and a sustainable peace of mind that can be relied upon in times of stress. The focus for this month will be bodily integrity, autonomy, balance, safety, comfort, and sustainability [Level 2]. Your body is your temple; keep it sound and safe!
