Yes. I may be average on the intelligence scale but there is hope for me with regard to enlightenment. Let the meditation commence.

Hey Genie, you gorgeous cutiepie you there you! 🩶😍🙂 And everyone else, of course.

This weeks piece was lovely, I really liked it! It helps me be at home with the light, and keep the darkness away, like the anxiety when it comes to the physical pain, for example. So, yes, it works! 🙂

I have a surprice for you CTMU-guys in the comment-section of this video at YouTube, if you didn't knew about it already, of course. I hope you see it, and like it if you do. I did it because I love you, of course! 🩶🥰 Live with the "Heart of Life"!

Allright, take care cutiepie!😀

Goethe I think in Meister Willhelm said hard work keeps you sane. Meditation feels great and is a method that is available for solving problems if done correctly. So earn your privilege and do both. It could be mental or physical in nature and I’m defining work as a real hard effort to improve yourself

By the way, work isn’t just ‘going to work’, think of those who can’t work or have inherited money and so don’t work. Like I said I’m talking about a capacity for pain, as in working on beefing up your brain or arms (although I’m a zen practitioner when it comes to working out, as in not forcing it) etc. It’s important to listen to your spirit and heart, spirit will lift you up and rises from the diaphragm or thereabouts, heart makes you love and sits steady near the top of your chest (thereabouts) I would recommend doing what the push is originating in the bowels and pushing out of the belly, like force or an energy. If your all in your head insisting on meditating and don’t listen to these aspects then that’s bad news psychologically, however there is definitely positive value in meditating, however there’s always a certain principle involved and right time to do it
