As a Founding Member (as paid for under my proton account, with receipt), and a Guardian of Logos (under my outlook account, with receipt), I have tried numerous times with the (non)help of Substack to merge my two subscriptions and reflect my subscription status, all to no avail. At least I have my credit card receipts 😊

How annoying! I'll try to troubleshoot that feature but you can also join via paypal (deduct your original payment, so $430 if you've joined for the year). It doesn't matter if you join through substack or paypal. We're working closely with our more involved donors so we can receive their input on direction and issues and receive feedback on advance material. I am insisting to upgrade my subscription but it won`t allow me.
